"I booked the car for 3:30pm at Heathrow. The driver was supposed to be there waiting with a name tag. We landed early, and got our luggages immediately. Hence, we came out at 3:00pm. The driver came exactly at 3:35pm. I would expect him to come earlier than 3:30pm to ensure he is there in case the client comes earlier.
The rest of our experience was very good, including the call from the companysaying that the driver will come at 3:30pm."
