"The driver did not meet us at the gate and we were confused where we we would meet him despite several phone calls. It seems to me he was leaving it until the last moment to enter the car park to reduce his costs. I notified you when we had landed and called him once we'd gone through security and so we did everything we were asked so he could meet us at the gate. He was courteous and the journey was great once we started but the uncertainty when we were at the Arrivals gate means I cannot award you 5 stars."
