"There is one issue: you firstly assigned me a non suitable vehicle. Thankfully, you changed it to a suitable one later on. But, because I was travelling a very important trip and I did not want to miss the flight, I was worried about this. You confirmed the driver on the same day of travel. One way to improve the service: is to let the driver contact me at least 48 hours before my travel. Finding a way to track the driver when he come to do the trip. Making the cacellation free before assigning a driver to your trip, or, when you cancel on the same day of booking. "
