My flight was held upon landing by police and I was unable to leave the aircraft for 1 hour. The fee has been passed on to me. When talking to the company regarding the type of vehicle that was chosen to collect me. I was told that it’s not their fault and that nothing can be done about it. I would like to be adequately reimbursed as I specifically paid extra for a car. The company Soho cars have been wholly rude and have even used foul language on the phone to me and I am extremely disappointed that this is the service that TaxiCode as a company gets behind. "
