"We expected to find our driver once we exited arrivals. He wasn’t there so I had to call to find out where he was and then go search for him. It was not a meet and greet. We would have saved time if where the meeting point has been clear from the beginning.
The driver was very nice during the journey to London. Unfortunately we found a lot of traffic and I felt sorry for him.

Even more so as an older women with a disability travelling alone, nothing was to much trouble for the driver from when I was met at the train station till I was driven to the airport hotel, helped in with my luggage and then he even stayed with me at reception to ensure I was booked in.
